Lord, some days I feel weighted down by the routine. Help me now to rejoice in your presence.
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Thank you, God, for your protecting love. Make us able to face those times when we must suffer.
The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed. A refuge in times of trouble.
